Damian Manassa

Damian has over 6,000 hours coaching, training and facilitation experience, in one on one and group formats. He holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and a degree in Adult Learning and Development, from Monash University. He synthesizes academic studies with real-world general management, sales and marketing leadership experience, along with small business management, towards delivering comprehensive training and development outcomes, for small to large business.

 He is a certified emotional intelligence assessor (Bar-On EQi); a certified practitioner Neuro-Linguistic Programming; and has completed the certificate coaching course conducted by the University of Sydney, under the guidance of leading international coach and author, Dr. Anthony Grant. At present he is completing a Master of Business Administration  (MBA), degree (2014), with focus on, SHRM, succession planning and talent management.

His coaching knowledge has been sort out by the Australian Financial Review, and his insights into the efficacy and development of coaching as a profession published in coaching related articles. He has been a keynote speaker for the International Coaching Federation.
